Preferably with experience in rice topping menu or short order

Experience in Commissary food production is  an advantage

Knowledgeable in food safety and hygiene is also an advantage

Job Descriptions

• Oversee and provide support for 8 stores within Davao City
• Lead on Company’s Health and Food Safety Programs and Initiatives
• Implement and modify quality management systems and procedures and leading the continuous quality improvement efforts
• Creates sales and marketing programs for stores and ensures smooth execution of the program.
• Represents the Company on government forums, trade fairs, and client meetings.
• Responsible for ensuring Service Providers maintain high standards of safety and operational integrity. Review Service Provider coverage model.
• Works with Operations and various client departments on remodels, capital replacements, and program rollouts requiring equipment and/or contractor services.
• Oversees new store construction, renovation, refrigeration, fast food equipment, electronics, utility management, etc.
• Works with Accounting and HR on store compliance on HR policies and cash control system.
• Presents quarterly performance review to the board of directors and General Manager
• Conducts monthly meeting and performance review to Area Managers and Supervisors

Restaurant Supervisor / Shift Supervisor / Management Trainee

Requirements:

Male or Female

A graduate of HRM or any business-related courses

At least 2 years of work experience in the Food/Restaurant service

Good oral and written communication skills in both English and Filipino

Strong customer service orientation, proactive, and highly-adaptable

Strong leadership and marketing skills

Physically fit, neat, presentable, and amiable personality

Flexible and willing to work on weekends and holidays
